Referral Fee Policy
Referral Fee: 20% of space rental rate
Payment Timeline: Referral fee will be paid within 3 days after the event is completed.
Conditions That Void Referral Fee
Referral fee will not be paid if:
Damages occur during the event that the renter does not cover, or if damages exceed the event rate.
The renter’s invoice is not paid in full.
Any Nsyte rules or regulations are violated during the event.
The renter requests a refund.
The event is cancelled for reasons outside of Nsyte’s control.
Multiple Date Rentals
If a referral includes multiple dates, the referral fee applies to up to three consecutive dates, provided this is determined at the time of the first rental.
